I had the pleasure of photographing Dr. Kyle Horton's campaign kick-off. For those who don't know, she's running for North Carolina's 7th US Congressional District and is a huge advocate for veterans and the middle class. She is an internal medicine physician with years of experience working in public policy. I'm a passionate photographer living in the ever-wonderful Wilmington, NC. I took an interest in photography at a young age, although it wasn't my main focus until I reached my mid-twenties.
