Wedding Details Form

Hello there! I am SO EXCITED to be your wedding photographer. In order to ensure we’re on the same page (and so I can shout-out your other vendors), I need to collect some information from you. If you have any questions as you go through this form, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Also, it’s not all required. Just give me as much info as you can!

Thanks so much

Frequently asked questions

EJM Photography — Wedding FAQ (last updated April 2025)

How many photographs will we receive?

Quality always beats quantity. A full‑day wedding typically yields hundreds of fully edited images that together tell your story from first look to last dance. Because every celebration is different, I don’t guarantee an exact count—but I promise you’ll have everything you need and nothing that feels redundant.

Will we receive the RAW or unedited files?

I deliver only polished, print‑ready images. RAW files are like unfinished songs; the magic happens in the edit. Trust me to fine‑tune the color, crop, and mood so each frame sings.

Do you prefer candid or posed photos?

Candid moments—happy tears, inside jokes, wild dance moves—are my favorite moments to capture. They’re the heartbeat of your album. That said, we’ll carve out time for classic family formals and any must‑have posed portraits you request. Collaboration keeps everyone smiling.

Can we give you a shot list?

Absolutely! Share the VIPs, heirlooms, or surprise moments you don’t want missed. I’ll blend your list with my storytelling approach so nothing (and no one) slips through the cracks.

What gear do you bring? Do you have backups?

I arrive with two professional Sony full‑frame bodies, a trio of fast prime and zoom lenses, off‑camera flashes, and a small army of batteries and cards. Redundancy is built in: dual‑card slots record every image to two places, and a spare camera waits in the wings—just in case.

What parts of the day do you photograph?

From details and getting‑ready vibes to the sparkler exit, I’m there for the full narrative. I avoid unflattering eating shots unless you request them (cake smash excluded—those are gold).

How long will you stay?

Coverage is tailored to your timeline. Most couples book 8–10 consecutive hours, which comfortably spans prep through early reception. Need me longer? Add hours à la carte, or keep me until the grand exit.

Do you watermark the images?

High‑resolution downloads are watermark‑free and print‑ready. Web‑sized previews include a subtle logo in the corner so friends know who to tag.

When will we receive our gallery?

You’ll get a teaser within 72 hours (I’m as excited as you are!). The full online gallery arrives 3–5 weeks after your wedding, depending on the season. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

How will we receive the photos?

Your images live in a private, password‑protected gallery where you can download, share, and order professional‑quality prints. USB delivery is available upon request.

Are you insured and do you have a contract?

Yes and yes. I carry full liability coverage and use a straightforward online contract to protect us both.

Do you travel?

I love a good road trip! Travel within 75 miles of Wilmington is on me; for U.S. destinations beyond that, reasonable mileage or airfare and accommodation apply. I don’t currently hold a passport, so I’m not booking international weddings right now.
